Sofina has had a partnership with Robert Walters for many years regarding our recruitment both in Belgium and abroad. And I can truly speak of a partnership, thanks to the close collaboration with our recruitment consultant Aline. With every recruitment assignment we initiate through her, I witness her enthusiasm, drive and professionalism to achieve a successful hire. What I greatly appreciate in Aline is that she is open to feedback and takes it into account.

Aline's honesty and discretion are also a sign of maturity: if things are a bit more difficult, she is not afraid to tell us, and together we look for a solution. That's what a partnership is all about for me.

What I also value highly is that we can count on expert knowledge at Robert Walters. Aline specialises in finance positions but passes the torch to an equally skilled colleague when it comes to IT recruitment, for example. 

Sofina operates internationally, and we usually work with local recruitment partners. Although Aline is based in Belgium, she knows the Luxembourg market very well, and we can also count on her as a flexible partner for our hiring activities in Luxembourg. We can also speak of a successful collaboration with Robert Walters outside Belux. Several of our employees who were recruited a few years ago via Robert Walters have since made great career moves within Sofina.
