Senior Portfolio Manager

As a Senior Portfolio Manager based in Brussels, you’ll take a central role in delivering high-impact investment advice, driving performance across Private Banking portfolios, and building trusted client relationships in a dynamic, high-level environment.

Your responsibilities as a Senior Portfolio Manager :

• Advisory: you provide Private Banking clients with investment advice that fit the client’s portfolio investment mandate
• Implementing investment strategies: you constantly look for the best investment solutions, in line with the overall investment strategy
• Monitoring portfolio performance: you have the final responsibility for the performances achieved in the client portfolios and maintain a very high level of client’s satisfaction
• Client communication: building and maintaining strong client relationships via regular communication about portfolio performance, market conditions and adjustments to the investment strategy
• Compliance & risk management: ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and managing risks within the portfolio

About you :

• You have strong analytical and research skills, enabling you to assess financial data, investment opportunities, and market trends
• You possess solid knowledge of financial markets and global assets, with a particular focus on equities
• You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, and you are a strong team player
• You are result-oriented and capable of making sound investment decisions under pressure and in volatile market conditions
• You are skilled at building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
• You hold a Master’s degree in economics, finance, business, or a related field; a relevant industry certification (such as CFA) is a strong asset
• You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in portfolio or fund management
• You have Dutch as your primary language, good English skills, and French is a plus
• You have a high level of proficiency with Bloomberg, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
