In this role, you will specialise in identifying, guiding and placing highly skilled professionals within the Engineering & Supply Chain sector. You will build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, develop your own network and contribute to the growth of our business in this specialist market.

About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant Engineering & Supply Chain, you will join a team of recruiters and consultants in Brussels who specialise in their respective niche markets. You will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, providing an exceptional level of service to both clients and candidates.

You will also be involved in a range of business development and networking activities, helping us strengthen existing client relationships and develop new ones. At the same time, you will build a strong pipeline of highly qualified candidates within your sector, ensuring we consistently connect the right people with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities by engaging with clients and candidates and staying up to date with industry developments
• Exceed client expectations by building strong relationships and developing a detailed understanding of each client’s organisation and recruitment needs
• Manage client vacancies, including writing and posting job advertisements, producing weekly mailings and conducting headhunting activities
• Source, assess and match candidates with the right opportunities, ensuring only the highest-quality candidates are presented to clients
• Organise interviews, ensure candidates are fully briefed and provide regular communication and feedback throughout the process
• Organise and attend meetings with prospective clients and develop existing client relationships

About you

To join us as a Recruitment Consultant Engineering & Supply Chain, you will have:

• A Master’s degree
• Relevant experience in Industrial Sales and/or Supply Chain
• Fluent Dutch and/or French, combined with a very good level of English
• A strong commitment to exceeding client expectations, attracting top talent and achieving targets
• The ability to develop a strong understanding of your clients’ needs and broader industry trends
• An entrepreneurial, organised and driven approach, with strong attention to detail
• Strong team skills and a willingness to share information and build lasting relationships
• The initiative to make sound decisions and recommend innovative solutions
