Product Manager Investments

Take the lead as Product Manager Investments in Brussels and drive the development of cutting-edge investment products. This role offers the opportunity to shape Mutual Funds and Discretionary Portfolio Management services in a fast-moving, customer-focused financial environment.

Your responsibilities as a Product Manager Investments :

Mutual Funds Selection & Governance

• Maintain and assess the Mutual Funds universe through both qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Own and refine the fund selection methodology
• Ensure robust product governance in full alignment with regulatory compliance frameworks
• Act as key liaison with asset managers, attend market events, and scout for innovative investment opportunities
• Oversee Model Portfolios and ensure alignment with strategy
• Monitor and report market trends and developments, offering expert insights to leadership
• Track product KPIs and collaborate with marketing teams to boost visibility and awareness

Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM)

• Lead initiatives and propose enhancements related to the discretionary investment offering
• Monitor performance and portfolio composition; report findings to the Wealth Management Investment Committee
• Deliver monthly reports tailored to clients
• Maintain strict governance protocols and compliance oversight
• Evaluate and improve key performance metrics, while driving marketing visibility through collaborative campaigns

Content & Insights Creation

• Develop compelling product content for marketing and client education
• Contribute to customer-focused educational initiatives in partnership with marketing
• Produce and update training material for internal teams
• Take full ownership of product-related digital content across web and platform channels

Strategic Development & Value Proposition

• Oversee projects tied to the Mutual Funds and DPM product suite
• Define and shape future offerings and investment services (Execution Only, Advisory, Discretionary)
• Drive improvements across existing services, ensuring alignment with customer needs
• Support senior management with ad-hoc reporting and strategic analysis as required

About you :

• Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products, with a continuous appetite for learning
• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in finance, economics, business, or a related field
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Dutch or French
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in banking, wealth management, asset management, business or product development. Experience in retail investment sales is an asset
• Familiar with digital tools and online customer engagement
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Resilient under pressure and confident in negotiation situations
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and capable of working independently
