Accounting Manager

Step into a pivotal role where your expertise makes a real difference. As an Accounting Manager based in the North of Brussels, you will take ownership of core financial operations within a fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities as an Accounting Manager :

• Lead and support the accounting team of +/- 20 people
• Ensure smooth operations and skills development
• Manage monthly and annual closings (BE GAAP & IFRS) and ensure accurate, timely reporting
• Supervise statutory accounts, audits, and handle ad hoc accounting matters
• Define and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and compliance with regulations
• Monitor financial systems and processes to drive efficiency and performance in SAP
• Facilitate clear communication across finance and other internal stakeholders

About you :

• You bring at least 8 years of experience in a similar role
• You have experience with management of big team (at least 10 person) and excel in change management
• You’re fluent in Dutch and French, with solid English skills
• You master Excel and are confident with Office tools
• You have strong knowledge of BE GAAP and key regulations and are familiar with IFRS standards
• You have good knowledge in SAP
