Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the proper functioning of mechanical installations within your area of responsibility.
• Diagnosing technical issues and proposing sustainable solutions.
• Prioritizing maintenance interventions based on operational needs.
• Developing and adjusting preventive and curative maintenance plans.
• Supervising the logistical management of critical spare parts essential for optimal operations.
• Managing external contractors to ensure the quality of completed work.
• Contributing to technical documentation and sharing best practices within the team.

About you:

• Master degree in engineering or equivalent expertise acquired through experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance management.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial mechanics, complemented by proficiency in hydraulics or electromechanics.
• Familiarity with continuous industrial processes or connected technologies is a plus.
• Experience with analytical tools such as FMEA or Ishikawa is an asset.
• Organized, adaptable, and equipped with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in French and English.
