Your responsibilities as a Financial Controller :

• Prepare and monitor the budget and forecasts, and ensure budgetary control
• Build and enhance decision-making dashboards and performance tools
• Prepare internal management reports and required regulatory filings
• Contribute to dedicated finance projects and support cross-functional initiatives
• Monitor product profitability and deliver actionable insights
• Record and manage reinsurance operations

About you :

• You hold a degree in accounting or a master’s in business or finance
• You have solid experience in accounting, ideally within insurance or audit
• You pay close attention to detail and know how to prioritize under pressure
• You enjoy analyzing figures and solving financial challenges
• You’re ready to support your team during peak periods
• You can explain complex topics in a simple way when needed
• You thrive in collaborative environments
• You speak Dutch and French fluently
