Business Controller

Looking to play a key financial role within an international group active in the FMCG sector in Brussels? As Business Controller, you will partner with senior leadership to transform financial data into strategic insight, supporting business performance and decision-making in a dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities as a Business Controller :

• Deliver financial analysis to support strategic decisions
• Lead planning cycles: budget, forecast, reporting
• Monitor sales performance
• Anticipate stock risks and optimize forecasting
• Improve dashboards and reporting tools
• Coordinate monthly closings and cash flow projections
• Management of 1 junior business controller

Your profile :

• You have a Master in finance and 3 years of experience in Business Control
• You’re confident with SAP, PowerBI, Excel, and financial modeling
• You’re analytical, hands-on, and solution-focused
• You speak fluent English and French (Dutch is a plus)
• You enjoy cross-functional collaboration and autonomy
