Your responsibilities as a Junior Finance Manager :

• Develop financial plans, monitor key figures, and contribute to strategic decision-making
• Produce clear, actionable reports and financial analyses to support business growth and investments
• Coordinate closely with finance, operations, and accounting to ensure alignment and data consistency
• Design and optimize financial processes, controls, and reporting tools
• Oversee compliance across financial and non-financial domains (ISCC+, ISO, etc.)
• Manage data and reporting systems to improve performance tracking and visibility
• Support subsidy applications and monitor related administrative obligations
• Track KPIs and service level agreements to evaluate performance
• Provide financial input for M&A activities and support licensing or IP strategy

Your profile :

• You hold a Master's degree in science, financial engineering, or a similar field
• You have experience in financial controlling and want to expand your responsibilities
• You’re skilled in Power BI and other reporting tools
• You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English; French or German is a plus
