Inside Sales

For an internationally active production company in the Geel region, we are seeking an energetic and commercially oriented Internal Salesperson. This position is ideal for a recent graduate with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude. You will work in an inside sales role, supporting both direct customers and international sales agents, and actively pursuing commercial opportunities.

Your responsibilities as Inside Sales:

• Managing daily communication with customers and international sales agents
• Actively following up on commercial leads from both direct and agent channels
• Preparing quotes, processing orders, and internally coordinating deliveries
• Supporting the external sales team with reporting, customer management, and sales planning
• Close collaboration with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system and other sales tools
• Identifying and capitalizing on up- and cross-selling opportunities

The ideal profile as Inside Sales:

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree and preferably in Chemistry, Business Management, Economics, or Communication/Marketing, or a similar field
• You have strong commercial acumen and are results-oriented
• You have excellent English skills; Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus
• You are independent, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• You are a true team player with an eagerness to learn and a positive attitude
• You live in the Geel region or are willing to work in the office daily
