Interim Senior Accountant

We are looking for an experienced freelance Interim Senior Accountant for a 12-month assignment with one of our clients, a company operating in the communication sector, based in the North of Brussels.

Your Mission

As part of a team of accounting professionals, you will take ownership of the day-to-day accounting for several entities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and processing purchase and sales invoices
• Recording and reconciling bank transactions
• Executing and monitoring payments
• Independently handling monthly and annual closing processes
• Recording provisions and managing reconciliations
• Preparing and filing VAT returns
• Managing general accounting for multiple entities
• Collaborating with your colleagues to ensure accurate and efficient financial administration
• Supporting the team on forecasting and budgeting activities
• Preparing financial reports to present results accurately to management

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Tax or a related financial field
• Several years of experience as a Senior Accountant
• Autonomous, rigorous and structured in your approach
• Strong team spirit and excellent communication skills
• Available quickly and able to commit to a 12-month assignment
• French-speaking; other languages are an asset
