Treasury Analyst

Are you passionate about treasury, cash management, and working in an international environment? We're looking for a motivated Treasury Analyst to join a dynamic global finance team. In this role, you'll contribute to the smooth execution of treasury operations, support liquidity management, and help optimize cash across multiple international entities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a few years of treasury/accounting experience who enjoys working with banking systems, financial processes, and cross-border operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily global cash positions and liquidity across multiple legal entities.
• Perform intercompany netting cycles and funding transactions in multiple currencies.
• Contribute to group-wide cash management by preparing cash forecasts and supporting short-term investment activities.
• Serve as the primary internal contact for treasury and cash management-related matters.
• Process and monitor domestic and international payments through various banking platforms.
• Maintain bank accounts and ensure reliable bank connectivity.
• Participate in treasury projects and drive continuous improvements in processes and systems.
• Maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Coordinate Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation with banking partners.
• Review banking fees and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting activities.

What We're Looking For:

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a treasury or accounting role
• Good understanding of banking platforms, payment systems, and cash management.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP and/or Business Intelligence tools.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
