Controlling Manager

Yours responsibilities as Controlling Manager :

• Lead and oversee all controlling activities including budget, forecast, and planning
• Deliver clear and timely management reporting and performance analysis
• Monitor financial results, variances, and profitability drivers
• Analyze logistics costs, inventory, and working capital
• Support pricing, supply chain, and operational efficiency decisions
• Contribute to business integration and strategic initiatives
• Develop financial models and business cases
• Ensure compliance, internal controls, and financial standards
• Coordinate with finance and operational stakeholders
• Lead, coach, and develop the controlling team
• Improve controlling processes, tools, and reporting frameworks
• Prepare and chair management performance review meetings

About You

• You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
• You bring 7+ years of experience in controlling or FP&A
• You have exposure to distribution, supply chain, retail, or matrix environments
• You demonstrate people leadership skills or strong leadership potential
• You master budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• You are comfortable with Power BI, ERP systems, and advanced Excel
• You combine strong analytical skills with business insight
• You thrive in a transforming, growth-oriented environment
• You work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
• You act with integrity and discretion
• You communicate confidently and challenge decision-making constructively
• You are fluent in Dutch and English; French is an asset
• You are willing to travel within the region and across Europe
