Finance Manager

As Finance Manager at Lantmännen Unibake, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the food & beverage manufacturing sector in Moeskroen, where you will help shape the further development and professionalization of the finance organization.

• Leading monthly accounting and financial reporting at both local and group levels.
• Coordinating internal audits and strengthening internal control processes.
• Managing external audits and overseeing the annual closing process.
• Ensuring accurate statutory reporting for multiple European entities.
• Handling tax matters, including direct and indirect taxes as well as transfer pricing.
• Taking responsibility for working capital management and credit control.
• Leading, coaching, and structuring a finance team of six employees based in Londerzeel and Moeskroen.
• Acting as a liaison between operations, finance, and corporate stakeholders.
• Actively contributing to process optimization, standardization, and preparation for a future ERP implementation.
• Reporting to the Finance Director while collaborating with senior management and international stakeholders.

• You hold a university degree in finance or a related field.
• You have 12 to 15 years of experience in accounting and taxation, ideally across different environments.
• Experience within a Big 4 audit firm is a strong asset.
• You have proven experience in setting up and improving processes, controls, and policies (SOX knowledge is a plus).
• You are comfortable working within international matrix organizations and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• You have experience with ERP systems; experience with implementation projects is preferred.
• You are an experienced people manager who brings structure, sets priorities, and helps teams grow.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

• Experience within production or industrial environments.
