Our client, a major international philanthropic organisation, based in Brussels, is looking for an Interim Talent Acquisition Consultant, to start as soon as possible, running until the end of March 2027.

About the role
As Interim Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will join a small, international recruitment team to provide additional support during a period of high recruitment activity.
You will be responsible for sourcing, identifying and hiring high-quality talent, while ensuring an efficient, inclusive and professional recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, working closely with hiring managers to define profiles and recruitment processes, prepare job advertisements, source candidates, coordinate selection processes and conduct interviews.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates, coordinate candidate assessments and manage reference-checking processes.
- Develop and implement diverse talent-sourcing approaches and promote inclusive recruitment practices with stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal recruitment standards and applicable local employment and labour legislation.
- Work proactively with the HR team to identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, provide advice and recommend practical solutions.
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of candidate and stakeholder experience.

- Ability to manage priorities and maintain momentum in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn for vacancy promotion and proactive candidate sourcing.
Experience and profile
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally gained in an international environment.
- Strong international recruitment experience, including the ability to manage high-volume hiring.
- Genuine interest in climate change, sustainability and the transition towards a net-zero economy.
- Technologically confident, with the ability to quickly become proficient in new systems and software.
- Fast learner with a proactive, practical and can-do attitude.
- High level of professionalism and impeccable work ethic.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Highly autonomous and organised, with the ability to work effectively against tight deadlines and changing priorities.
