Finance Business Partner

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on Finance Business Partner who thrives at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations. You'll work closely with the CFO and the Executive Office to make sure the business doesn't just set ambitious goals, but actually delivers on them. What You'll Do

• Own the performance rhythm

You'll build and run the weekly performance engine of the business — tracking financials, operational KPIs, and key drivers in real time. You won't just report numbers; you'll interpret them, flag what matters, and push for action.

• Be the budget backbone

From planning to landing, you'll be the go-to person for budgeting and forecasting. You'll challenge assumptions, spot risks early, and make sure financial discipline is embedded across the organization.

• Accelerate transformation

You'll play a hands-on role in tracking and steering the company's key transformation programs — whether it's productivity gains, growth initiatives, or process redesign. You'll keep things moving and keep everyone accountable.

• Bridge the gap

You'll act as the connective tissue between Finance, Operations, and Leadership — making sure the right people have the right information at the right time, and that financial thinking is embedded in how operational teams make decisions.

• Structure the conversation

You'll produce sharp, concise reports and decision-ready materials for the CFO and Executive Office — the kind that actually get read and drive action.

What We're Looking For

• 10 to 15 years of experience in finance, management consulting, or business analysis — you've been around the block and know how to get things done
• A proven track record of operating at a senior level, with exposure to C-suite stakeholders
• A natural ability to connect the dots between numbers and operational reality
• Strong communication skills — you can turn complexity into clarity
• A doer mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, industrial environment where things are constantly evolving
