Regional Finance Manager

Your responsibilities as a Regional Finance Manager :

• Oversee the financial activities, reporting and accounting controls for three legal entities across Belgium, France and the Netherlands.
• Prepare and analyse monthly financial reporting, annual accounts and audit documentation.
• Manage P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with local and group accounting requirements.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure alignment between local reporting and Group accounting standards.
• Monitor costs, purchasing, expenses and rolling forecasts while supporting effective financial controls.
• Provide clear financial insights and analysis to Finance and non-Finance stakeholders.
• Partner with business units and the regional management team, providing financial guidance and supporting business decisions and projects.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and financial reporting requirements across the region.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of two Finance Officers.
• Manage relationships with banks and support regional cash forecasting activities.

About you :

• You have minimum 5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, ideally within a commercial environment.
• You are a qualified accountant with previous people-management experience.
• You have experience working with audit requirements and financial reporting across multiple entities or countries.
• You have strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.
• You communicate confidently and effectively with both Finance and non-Finance stakeholders.
• You are highly proficient in Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, filters, sorting and data visualisation.
• You are comfortable working with ERP systems and have strong IT skills.
• You are organised, collaborative and able to work effectively under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
• You are fluent in English and have a professional level of French.
